A Life Long Love.... |
We are a small stable with around 1400+ horses. We have a secondary farm called Mystic Lake Farms which is basically for our unicorns, decorators, and Pegasus. We’ve been around since the 1980’s. Just been gone from the hobby for a long while.
Since getting back into the hobby, we've had a little bit of success in the photo showing arena. We've had a lot of horses place. Our little Oliver Twist even took his class. We are very proud of him. We're just getting started though. We hope to one day advance to a live show ring. Our founding stallion is Negotiation, who is a dark chestnut Thoroughbred. He was a gift from my grandmother in 1977. That started me in the hobby. He came from Texas. He is an OF Silky Sullivan by Breyer. The next to join the stables was a little Chincoteague mare named Virginia Mist and her foal Shianne. She is an OF Misty by Breyer with an OF Stormy. Our first rescue is a lovely Clydesdale mare named Aasta. She was in need of a lot of love and care. Now she is a happy, healthy mare with a stallion and foal of her own. She is an OF Breyer Clydesdale mare. I have been collecting ever since. I am in the process of rebuilding pedigrees since a lot of my older horses have lost theirs due to a house fire and a move. Unfortunately, I have lost contact with the people who held the original parents for them. They may not even be in the hobby anymore. You will also note there are some Schleich, a few Safari, a few Mojo, a Papo or two, lots of CollectA, a couple of Peter Stones, Hartlands, and one Terra by Battat. Most of my horses are OF Breyers. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks for looking and please do not use any of my horses without my permission. These are model horses and not real ones. All pictures are not to be used without my permission. I am a member of TOPSA, AMAHA, MHOSS, MMSA, MCCOS, and IPABRA. Karen L.
